Morrisville, NC (February 28, 2013) – Blood pressure (BP) monitoring technology specialist SunTech Medical will unveil its new cardiac stress BP device at the American College of Cardiology 2013 Scientific Session (ACC.13). The event takes place from March 9-11 at the Moscone Center (San Francisco, Calif.).
Visitors to the company's booth, S-1348 Moscone South, can be among the first to see the new product that builds upon the success of SunTech's popular Tango cardiac stress BP monitor. The new device promotes patient safety using hands-free BP monitoring to feed BP measurement data directly into the stress system, allowing a clinician to focus solely on the patient during intense cardiac stress situations. Additional features of the new product include USB capability, dual modes and a full color display. The booth will feature a live demonstration of the monitor with a treadmill and model.
SunTech will also display its Oscar 2™ Ambulatory Blood Pressure (ABP) monitoring system. The Oscar 2 was the first monitor to achieve independent validation by both the BHS and ESH protocols for testing the accuracy of ABP monitors. Attendees can view the Orbit™ BP cuff for patient comfort and reliable data capture, and test the AccuWin Pro™ v3 software's automated analysis, interpretation and flexible reporting of ABP studies.
