Morrisville, NC (October 17, 2012) – SunTech Medical has made two new appointments to the sales team for its blood pressure cuffs, devices and technology. Tom Camp has joined the company as Director of National Accounts and Cynthia Long is the new Senior Product Manager for blood pressure cuffs.
As Director of National Accounts, Camp will be responsible for developing SunTech Medical's business with integrated delivery networks and group purchasing organizations in the U.S. He will also seek to build the company's presence directly into the acute care setting. Camp has over 20 years of pharmaceutical and medical sales management experience, and was most recently Director of U.S. Sales for iCRco (Torrance, Calif.). He holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Houston (Houston, Texas) and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas (Austin, Texas).
As Senior Product Manager for BP cuffs, Long is responsible for leading all strategic and operational activities of the blood pressure cuff product line. She will work with customers and liaison with regulatory boards to develop product requirements for current and future products. Long has a background in medical device marketing and sales, and extensive experience with medical devices in positions as Product Manager for Zimmer and STERIS. . She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Microbiology from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).
