SunTech Medical is seeking a medical device sales and marketing leader with global experience, strong personal initiative, and proven ability to drive growth. The Vice President of Sales & Marketing is a senior strategic position at SunTech Medical, and will report directly to the CEO.

A premier global manufacturer of clinical grade blood pressure technology and devices, SunTech Medical is on a mission to create new products, services, and technologies that improve healthcare for patients and clinicians, while creating value for commercial partners, employees, and shareholders. You will join the company at an exciting time of strong sales growth and a full new product development pipeline, with many undeveloped market opportunities.


Duties & Responsibilities:

As Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and member of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for devising strategies to drive sales and market share growth globally for SunTech’s blood pressure monitoring devices and technologies. In this role, you will set the commercial direction of SunTech by managing a global team of sales professionals and an international network of medical device OEM customers and 3rd party distributors. As our brand steward, you’ll guide the product management and marketing teams to develop winning new products and a communicate our compelling value to customers. You will direct selling efforts to identify new distribution and OEM partners, and devise optimum entry strategies for international markets. In the USA, you’ll drive our sales team to achieve solid growth by hiring good field sales talent and prospecting for new business.



The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or the Sciences, and an MBA. At least 10 years’ experience in managing sales and marketing teams with significant international scope is required. There must be a documented track record of growing global business units, managing long, technically complex OEM sales cycles, and direct experience in recruiting, hiring, and managing successful sales managers, including in multiple international markets. The successful candidate must also show expertise in developing marketing strategies to find new customers, drive revenue growth, and enhance company branding and identity.

Qualified candidates will have a history of delivering strong results in 3 key areas in the medical device industry:

  1. USA domestic field sales across multiple market segments
  2. International distribution
  3. OEM component technology sales to device manufacturers

Experience with veterinary products and/or high volume disposables is a plus. Foreign language abilities are highly desired.
